We are currently seeking a Healthcare Project Architect to join our firm and be part of a Healthcare studio who specialize in designing healing environments. 100 years of dedicated Healthcare experience leads the team. At the core of our work is the humanity of patients, public and caregivers who serve in our healthcare designs.
Studio Principals and leaders combined have designed hospitals, ambulatory care, MOB and specialize in Master Planning regionally throughout western Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Our vision is that thoughtful design can provide wellness spaces which improve patient experiences and outcomes.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute creative ideas with a team for projects.
Work closely with Design Principal to lead project from Conceptual phase through Construction.
Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements.
Direct activities of team engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
Prepare contract documents for building contractors.
Integrate engineering elements into unified design.
Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction.
EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE
Professional degree in Architecture
6 to 10 years’ experience
Experience in the design and BIM drafting (Revit)
LEED BD+C accredited and knowledge of sustainable design preferred
